Glympton Farms were delighted to be able to support the winning beef team at this year’s National Young Stars.
The team, which consisted of Ellie Westaway, Robyn Westcott and Kian Frain borrowed two heifers from us to compete at the event which saw them test their skills in beef stock judging, clipping, presentation, ring craft, marketing and publicity and public speaking skills.
Their fantastic team work and skill set saw them win the competition with Kian being awarded the best under 16 beef competitor and Ellie being selected to go to Canada next month to represent a UK team at the Royal Winter Fair, Toronto.
We’d like to offer our congratulations to Ellie, Robyn and Kian, all three are credit to the team.
